Becoming a happier person does not happen overnight, but it can be simple!
You know which small changes you need to make in your life to feel happy. Whether you want to eat healthier foods, exercise a little bit every day, become a better wife or husband, mother or father, or just do a better job managing your finances. Or maybe you want to drink less alcohol, quit smoking, or take a spiritual break every day.
Each challenge will take some concentrated effort. Its hard to accept all these challenges at once. Thats why we try to focus on one challenge every 30 days. By committing to writing 1-2 sentences about how you dealt with your challenge every day for 30 days, youll notice how much easier it gets to create positive habits and patterns in your life.
You will no longer feel sad, defeated or depressed about eating junk food one day when your willpower is low - because "winning" is defined by whether you documented your thoughts in 1-2 sentences in your journal.
Decide on what you want to change, write 1-2 sentences every day, track your success, and become a happier person.
By the end of the 30 days, youll feel like a new person and it will be difficult to remember what your life was like before you made the positive change.
